Track and Manage Your Order

Is your favourite pastime tracking your delivery? Because same.

US ORDERS:
For orders shipped via our Standard shipping method, we offer an authority to leave option provided the delivery driver determines the location to be safe. To track and manage the delivery of your order through USPS, click here.

For orders shipped via our Express shipping method, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through USPS, click here.

ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF US:
For orders shipped via DHL, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through DHL, click here.

Alternatively, you may wish to use the live chat feature on our website and select ‘Track and manage my orders’. Please note, you will need to enter the email address used to place your DISSH order. 

Shipping Costs

Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the order value requirements. Shipping costs may vary depending on delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the above table and will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.  

Shipping Timeframes

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times.

Duties & Taxes

US:  Duties included (with no nasty surprises). Applicable taxes are payable at checkout.

Orders placed between 04/02 and the 04/16, may be liable for duties: 

Orders exceeding $800 USD may incur additional duties fees, which must be paid before delivery via the shipping carrier.  Please note, if you made a purchase under $800 USD to avoid customs charges, your country of origin may still charge you due to other factors. These factors include:

• Multiple orders placed: If multiple orders placed within a short time frame exceed $800 USD in total, they may be processed through customs simultaneously and attract duties.
• Processing fees: Customs authorities may also charge a processing fee for clearing the parcel through customs.

Additionally, to collect your order, you may also be asked to provide your Social Security Number as a part of this process.

Canada: All prices shown are inclusive of duties. Taxes will appear in the checkout once your shipping address is updated.  

UK, European Union, & Mexico: All prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes. 

For all other countries: Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout once your shipping address is entered. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). 

Please note that if you select DDU, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before payment for duties & taxes.  

A heads up - if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to DISSH, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges. 

Damaged and Stolen Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. DISSH are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.  

DISSH are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now. 

Return To Sender Parcels

If your parcel is being returned to DISSH, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees will apply.
